Every service has a base price. You add rooms (each bedroom, bathroom, kitchen etc.) and optional extras to build your custom quote. The wizard shows the live total before you check out — no surprises.
The lowest base price is $90 (House Cleaning), and most first visits with one bedroom and one bathroom start around $130–$150.
Yes — until 48 hours before your visit, we can add or remove rooms and add-ons and adjust the price. Message us or reply to your confirmation email.
Yes. Weekly saves 15%, biweekly saves 10%, and monthly saves 5% off the one-time price. The discount is automatic in the booking wizard.
All prices are in CAD. HST (13%) is applied at checkout on the Stripe receipt.
Yes — we bring everything: eco-preferred cleaners, microfibre cloths, mop, and HEPA vacuum. Just point us to a plug and we're set.
A typical 1-bedroom, 1-bath House Clean runs 2–2.5 hours. A 4-bedroom Deep Clean can run 5–6 hours with a two-person team. You'll see an estimate in the booking wizard.
We don't do exterior windows above ground floor, chemical mould remediation, biohazard cleanup, moving heavy furniture, or scrubbing walls floor-to-ceiling. See each service detail page for specifics.
Absolutely — most of our cleaners are pet lovers. Just note your pet at checkout so we can plan around them. A pet-hair-detail add-on gets an extra pass on soft furnishings and corners.
Securely by credit card through Stripe at the time of booking. We never store your card details.
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before your visit. Inside 48 hours a 50% fee applies; inside 24 hours the full price is charged (we've already reserved and paid your cleaner). See our Terms for full details.
Yes — Stripe emails an itemized receipt the moment payment goes through. You can also see all past bookings on the My Bookings page.
Yes. Every Super Fancy pro is fully insured, reference-checked, and background-verified before their first job. You'll see their rating and completed-job count before you book.
Message us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas you flag, free of charge. That's our promise.
We're fully insured. Report any damage within 48 hours (photos help) and we'll work with you and our insurer to make it right.
You choose: meet us at the door, leave a key with a concierge, share a smart-lock code, or hide a key. Notes at checkout stay private to your assigned cleaner.
