Privacy Policy

Super Fancy Cleaners (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides house and office cleaning services in and around central Toronto, Canada. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number.
• Service details: the address to be cleaned, access instructions, rooms and extras selected, preferred cleaner, date and arrival window, and any notes you add.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or through our contact form.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly on Stripe’s secure page and is never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation, the last few digits of the card and the amount charged.
• Website data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To provide and schedule the cleaning services you book.
• To process payments in Canadian dollars (CAD) through Stripe.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer service.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and service updates.
• To improve our website and services.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The cleaner assigned to your booking, so they can carry out the service.
• Service providers who help us run our business (Stripe for payments, our website host, email provider, analytics provider). These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us.
• Authorities where required by law.

Marketing emails (CASL)

We only send marketing emails to people who have given us consent or with whom we have an existing business relationship. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Booking confirmations and service-related messages are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep your booking session working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. See our Cookies Policy for details and how to disable them in your browser.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, by emailing info@superfancycleaners.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS.
