These terms apply when you book a cleaning service with Super Fancy Cleaners through this website. By making a booking you agree to them.
Booking & payment
- Bookings are made through the online booking wizard on this site.
- The scope of your clean is the service, rooms and extras you configure in the wizard. Please add anything you want done so we can quote it accurately.
- Payment of the full quoted amount is taken at the time of booking. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- More than 48 hours before your arrival window: you can cancel or reschedule free of charge and receive a full refund.
- Within 48 hours of your arrival window: the booking fee may be charged in full to cover the reserved slot and the cleaner’s lost income.
- If we cannot reach the property, have no electricity or hot water, or cannot start work for reasons we did not cause, this counts as a late cancellation.
- If paid parking is the only option at your address, the parking cost will be added to the invoice. Please arrange free parking where possible.
Our 48-hour re-clean guarantee
- If you are not happy with something we cleaned, email info@superfancycleaners.com within 48 hours of the service with photos of the issue.
- We will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge within 7 days.
- The guarantee does not apply where the property was not in the condition agreed for the booking (for example an end-of-tenancy clean on a property that has not been emptied), where damage was pre-existing, or where the issue is caused by wear and tear.
Damage & liability
- Our cleaners carry public liability insurance.
- Any damage claim must be reported by email to info@superfancycleaners.com within 24 hours of the service, with photos.
- Please secure or point out fragile, valuable or sentimental items before the clean.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for issues arising from items that were not disclosed as fragile.
End-of-tenancy cleans
End-of-tenancy bookings assume the property is completely empty of belongings and that the fridge/freezer has been switched off and defrosted before we arrive. If the property is not ready, we may have to reschedule as a late cancellation or charge extra time.
Health & safety
We may refuse or terminate a service where the environment is unsafe for our team — for example biohazards, pest infestations, hoarding conditions, threatening behaviour, or unsafe electrical or structural conditions. In such cases the booking fee may still apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
