People search for maid services, housekeeping and house cleaning interchangeably, and in Toronto they mostly mean the same thing: a trained professional who comes to your home on a regular schedule and handles the cleaning so you don't have to. Our maid service covers the rooms that matter day to day. In the kitchen we wipe counters and backsplash, scrub the sink, degrease the stovetop, clean appliance exteriors and the microwave, and mop the floor. In bathrooms we clean the toilet, tub, shower and glass, polish mirrors and wash floors. Bedrooms and living areas are dusted on reachable surfaces, beds are made and floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Toronto housing is varied, and our cleaners work across all of it: compact condos in CityPlace and Liberty Village, Victorian semis in Leslieville and The Annex, family homes in North York and Scarborough, and premium suites in Yorkville. Because pricing is hourly and based on the rooms you select, a one-bedroom condo and a four-bedroom house are each quoted on their real size. There are no fixed packages to squeeze into and no surprise charges on the day β the booking page converts your rooms and any extras into billed hours and a total before you pay securely by Stripe.
Most households choose biweekly maid service: it keeps bathrooms, kitchens and floors under control at a sensible cost. Weekly suits busy families, homes with pets and anyone who works from home or entertains often. Monthly works for smaller homes that mainly need a reliable reset, and a one-time clean is ideal before guests arrive, after a busy season or when you simply want to try us out. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, we recommend starting with a deep clean so your recurring visits begin from a clean baseline.
Consistency matters with housekeeping. Recurring plans are matched with the same cleaner whenever possible, so they learn how you like things done β which products you prefer, which rooms to prioritise and where the pet bowls live. You can also pick a preferred cleaner when you book. Every cleaner is vetted and insured before their first job, and you can leave access instructions such as a lockbox, smart-lock code or concierge note, so you don't need to be home.
Extras can be added to any visit: inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside cabinets, interior windows, a load of laundry, and an extra pet hair pass. Each adds a set amount of time, so you always see the effect on your total before you pay. If you need something not on that list, ask us when booking and we'll tell you whether we can help.
