East York's commercial life is local and varied. Leaside's Bayview Avenue and the Laird Drive area host professional offices, clinics and design studios, along with larger retail and light-industrial spaces. Thorncliffe Park has community services, small businesses and offices close to the Don Valley Parkway. Danforth Village and O'Connor-Parkview have storefront businesses β accountants, dental offices, insurance brokers β serving the surrounding residential streets. Most of these spaces are small and client-facing, where a clean entrance and spotless washroom matter as much as tidy desks. Our office cleaning in East York focuses on exactly that.
We dust and wipe workstations and reachable surfaces, sanitise high-touch points β handles, switches, reception counters and shared equipment β and empty bins. Kitchenettes are cleaned, washrooms disinfected with mirrors polished, and floors vacuumed and mopped throughout. If your Leaside clinic or Danforth Village office has rooms that need extra attention, add them to your booking notes.
Small businesses in East York often run with tight staffing, so cleaning has to fit around opening hours. Choose a time that suits your office when you book online. Leave a key, lockbox or alarm code in your booking notes and your cleaner will secure the space when finished.
Commercial cleaning in East York is $35 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus a $10 gas fee and 13% HST. Choose your rooms online and the booking page converts them into billed hours and a total before you pay securely by Stripe. Weekly or biweekly visits keep client-facing spaces consistently presentable, and you can change your schedule whenever you need.
Staff spend most of their working day indoors, where some pollutants can be more concentrated than outdoors. Regular dusting, vacuuming and sanitising helps keep a small office healthier. In Ontario, the Occupational Health and Safety Act gives employers a general duty to take reasonable precautions to protect workers β clean washrooms, kitchens and clear walkways are a practical part of that.
In your booking notes, describe the layout β reception, offices, treatment or meeting rooms, kitchenette and washrooms β and tell us where paper products and soap are kept. Flag any rooms that should not be entered. Most businesses in Leaside, Danforth Village and O'Connor-Parkview have nearby street or lot parking; Thorncliffe Park buildings often have visitor parking and a building manager to contact. After the first visit, reply to your confirmation with feedback so your cleaner can adjust the routine. Many small East York offices settle on biweekly cleaning, while clinics that see the public every day usually prefer weekly visits to keep waiting areas and washrooms consistently fresh.
