North York is one of Toronto's biggest employment hubs outside the core. Office towers cluster around Yonge & Sheppard and North York Centre, Don Mills has long-established business parks and low-rise professional buildings, and smaller clinics, studios and agencies fill plazas near Bayview Village and York Mills. These workplaces have different needs, but the basics are the same: desks and touchpoints that need regular wiping, kitchenettes that build up crumbs and coffee spills, washrooms that must stay hygienic, and floors that take a beating from daily foot traffic. Our office cleaning service in North York covers all of it on a recurring schedule you set.
Every visit follows the same office checklist. Workstations and reachable surfaces are dusted and wiped, high-touch points like door handles, light switches and shared equipment are sanitised, and bins are emptied. Kitchenettes get counters, sinks and appliance exteriors cleaned. Washrooms are cleaned and disinfected, mirrors polished and floors washed. Floors throughout are vacuumed and mopped. Because we price by the hour, a five-desk suite in Willowdale and a larger Don Mills office are both quoted on their real size rather than a fixed package.
Most North York businesses prefer cleaning when staff are not at their desks. Choose a time that suits your office when you book online, so a Yonge & Sheppard office can open on Monday to a fresh space and a Don Mills clinic can be cleaned between appointments. Leave building access details β security desk sign-in, a key fob, alarm codes or a lockbox β in your booking notes and nobody needs to stay behind to let us in.
Commercial cleaning in North York is billed at $35 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus a $10 gas fee and 13% HST. Choose your rooms when you book β open-plan areas, private offices, meeting rooms, kitchenette and washrooms β and the booking page converts them into billed hours and a total before you pay securely by Stripe. Recurring weekly or biweekly visits keep the office consistently clean, and you can contact us at any time to change your schedule.
A clean office is part of a healthy workplace. In Ontario, the Occupational Health and Safety Act sets out employers' general duty to take every reasonable precaution to protect workers, and keeping shared kitchens, washrooms and walkways clean and free of clutter is one practical part of that. Regular professional cleaning also helps reduce the dust and grime that build up indoors, where people spend most of their working hours.
